Insisto: a quando una Nikon FM3A digitale?

Dopo aver letto l'approfondita prova dell'Olympus E-P1 pubblicata su dpreview.com, mi ritorna la domanda: ma perchè non una Nikon FM3A digitale?

Verrebbe da domandarlo a Michio Kariya, Presidente della Nikon Corporation: perchè la Nikon non ci "regala" una FM3A digitale?

Dear Sir,
I've read an in-depth review of the Olympus E-P1 camera, and I'm wondering why we "cannot" have a digital Nikon FM3A, with all the fantastic features of that film camera (bright viewfinder, Ai/Ai-s lenses, manual focus with splitprism-image microprism type & clear matte focusing screen, aperture-priority exposure control) and the advanced features of the latest Nikon digital cameras (a full frame sensor and a bright and large display on the back of the camera).
